HENS AND BUCKS PARTIES

There is nothing we love more than a good party unfortunately, we've had issues in the past that have led to thousands of dollars in damage, especially from groups who have started the day early with winery tours or bottomless brunches before joining us.

We don't want to ruin the party for everyone but for the safety of our staff and patrons, we do require you to read and agree to these terms prior to booking your table. 

- For approval, we would need to be the first event of the celebrations - if you have something small planned earlier in the day, send us an email and we're happy to offer approval but if any group arrives intoxicated, due to our RSA requirements we would not able to allow entry.

- We require all Hens and Buck's Parties to arrive between 6pm and 6:30pm for their booking

​

- We require all Hens and Bucks Parties to purchase a function food package, which can be viewed here.

​

- You're more than welcome to bring in a cake, cupcakes, small decorations and balloons, if weighted and kept on the table (not free floating or on the floor). 

​

- We cannot allow external performers (eg. strippers) to be allowed into the venue unless you have booked a private function and discussed it with us prior.

​

- Piano Bar reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason and cannot allow intoxicated people entry into the venue

- Underage patrons are not permitted to attend with any Hens or Bucks Celebrations
