What's the latest time you accept table reservations at Piano Bar?7:30pm is the latest time we accept bookings as your reservation holds your table for the evening and we only offer one sitting for the night. If you're looking to arrive after 7:30pm, you're welcome to try your luck on the door for walk in space.

What is Piano Bar's cancellation policy?As per our cancellation policy, any cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the event will be given a full refund. Any cancellations within 2 days of the event can be given a gift voucher to book for a future date. Any cancellations on the day of the event will forfeit their tickets. To cancel your booking, please contact us via play@pianobar.com.au

Is Piano Bar wheelchair accessible?All of our venues are wheelchair accessible. While Bendigo is split over 3 levels, we do have an elevator to assist with moving between levels.

Is Piano Bar epilepsy-friendly?All of our venues have flashing and moving lights, however if you contact us prior to arriving we will happily notify our staff to not use flashing lights on the night of your booking to ensure you can party safely with us. If you have any questions, feel free to message us on Facebook or email us at play@pianobar.com.au

Can I still come to Piano Bar if I don't have a booking?Absolutely! You are more than welcome to arrive on the night for standing space at the bar where you can drink and enjoy our entertainment. We do recommend arriving before 9:00pm to avoid wait times at the door due to capacity levels.

Can I request where I am seated at Piano Bar?Of course! We can’t guarantee seating arrangements due to the nature of the business and multiple bookings each evening, we always do our best to accommodate though!

What is Piano Bar's dress code and house policy?No thongs, no singlets, no trackies, no high vis and no offensive slogans/items of clothing. Check out our House Rules HERE

What is Piano Bar's ID and underage guests policy?We accept any legal evidence of age documents – Australian Driver License, learner permit, proof of age card, Keypass or passport. Compliant with Victorian legislation any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while in the venue. The minors cannot consume any alcohol prior to arrival or while on premesis or they, and potentially the entire booking, will be required to leave. In compliance with legislation, we can only allow minors to attend until 9:30pm, when the kitchen closes. We do suggest that you contact us prior to bringing any underage patrons as some of our entertainment is not created with minors in mind and it is at the discretion of the venue as to whether they will be asked to leave, as we are sure you understand.

Where is the nearest parking and/or public transport to Piano Bar?In Geelong the Civic carpark is located on Malop Street, there is on street parking surrounding the venue and the Geelong train station is a 500m walk. Colac has ample on street parking and the Colac train station is a 600m walk from the venue. Ballarat has ample on street parking and the Ballarat train station is a 5 - 10 minute walk. Do you accept hens bookings Piano Bar?We have dedicated ‘Ladies Lunch’ afternoons, hosted by our fabulous drag queens and with entertainment by our piano man, you can let your hair down and boogie the afternoon away. Send us a message for more information!

Does Piano Bar have a smoking area?We have a designated located at the front of the venue however please note this is NOT a licensed area and drinks are not permitted.

What forms of payment do you accept at Piano Bar?We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

What is Piano Bar's best contact number?If you would like to speak to our team over the phone, please call 0423 174 266 Please be aware that as we are a hospitality venue, our office is closed on Mondays. If we are in venue and cannot take your call, we will send you a text message or return your call as soon as possible.

Can I arrange a bar tab at Piano Bar?Yes, Setting up on arrival - limitations on what people can order/who can order. Credit Card and contact details.

What are the Piano Bar kitchen hours?The kitchen opens when we open and serves until 8:30pm on Friday and Saturday nights. On other evenings/during special events check with the bar team for kitchen closing times and we always announce over the microphone when the kitchen is closing.

Do you accommodate guests with dietary requirements at Piano Bar?Yes, we have a number of vegetarian and gluten free options available on the menu. If you have allergy concerns please advise a member of the team before you place your order. We will endeavour to accommodate your dietary requests, however we cannot guarantee dishes are entirely allergen free.

Is Piano Bar BYO?No, our liquor license does not permit BYO in any capacity (but we do have a fully stocked bar so there’s no need to go thirsty!).

Does Piano Bar serve tap beer?Yes, we have a selection of beers on tap and bottled beer.

Is Piano Bar's function space private?Piano Bar cannot offer private functions on Friday or Saturday nights but we can offer a private function at any of our venues on a Monday - Thursday night or Saturday - Sunday afternoons. We can offer private functions on Friday or Saturday nights at our sister venue, 26 at 26 Malop Street, Geelong. Please contact us via our functions form or Facebook page to discuss available dates and options.

Is there a minimum spend or venue hire fee for Piano Bar functions?The minimum spend or venue hire cost will depend on a number of factors eg. date, timing, inclusions, number of guests. Please fill our our functions form and we will get back to you with a quote.

What is Piano Bar's cancellation policy for private functions?We require at least 28 days notice before your private function to cancel with a full refund including deposit. Any cancellations closer to your function date may result in your deposit being non-refundable if we are unable to fill the space.

Can I bring my own cake and decorations to Piano Bar?Absoutely! You are welcome to bring celebratory cakes, which we will cut and serve for you, however we can only allow cakes from an accredited kitchen into the venue. Due to food safety restrictions, we cannot allow homemade cakes/desserts/items into the venue. *Please note, cakes will be stored in cool room.

Can I arrange a bar tab at Piano Bar?Absolutely! Chat to us on arrival and we can discuss specifics (it is completely up to you as to what is included, who is allowed to use the tab and what the limit is). To set up a tab we require a credit card to be left behind the bar and contact details.

Is there an opportunity to sing happy birthday to my friend at Piano Bar?Absolutely! Please pass a song request form to the pianist or let our bar staff know when arriving and we will arrange for our Piano Man to make your guest feel special!

Do you sell Piano Bar gift cards?We sure do, in $20, $50 and $100 denominations. You can buy physical gift vouchers, which can be used to purchase food and drinks in the venue, via our online store or you can purchase a digital voucher, which can be used to purchase tickets, via our booking tool.

Is there a bar?Yes, you can purchase drinks from our Piano Bar Shipped bar or via our Mr Yum QR code and have the drinks brought straight to your table.

Will food be available?Yes, our snack menu is available throughout all of our events and we will also have menus for local businesses so you can order directly from our bar staff and help support local venues.

Will I be allocated a table?Yes, you will automatically be allocated a table based on the number of tickets purchased. Please message us on Facebook or email play@pianobar.com.au if you have multiple groups wanting to sit together.

Can I be seated with friends who have purchased tickets seperately?Yes, you can add your group name to the "Do you want to be seated with an existing booking?" section during the booking process. Eg. "Oliver's Birthday" or "Seat with Oliver Wood" If you have already booked, please email play@pianobar.com.au and we can add a note to all bookings to ensure you're seated together.

Is parking available?Yes, there is street parking available along Watton Street and more parking behind the Bridge Hotel.

Where do I direct my Uber / Taxi / Ride Share Vehicle?You can find us at 177 Watton Street, Werribee in the car park next to the Wyndham Cultural Center.

Is this an all weather event?Yes, all of our events are in the Piano Bar Marquee however it is recommended to dress for the weather. We will have heaters in the venue to keep you warm on any cold nights.

Is this venue accessible?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, our site is located on sealed grounds and there are wheelchair accessible public bathrooms available. Epiliepsy: Our venue has moving and flashing lights, which may be a risk for those with epilepsy. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you have any concerns and we can simplify our lighting for your booking to ensure everyone's safety. If you have concerns or questions, please contact us at play@pianobar.com.au and we will do whatever we can to assist.

Is there a bar?Yes, we have a full bar available, including beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and cocktails. Plus, you can order food and drinks directly from your table throughout the event via Mr Yum https://www.mryum.com/pianobar-shipped

Will food be available?Yes, our snack menu will be available all night long. If you're looking to book for a special event such as a birthday or work christmas party, we can offer the $25pp Chef's Selection function food menu to take the hassle out of your party planning. This can be added at the time of booking and we just need you to email any dietary requirements through to play@pianobar.com.au at least 1 week prior to your booking.

How can I get there on public transport?Yes, the closest train station is Flemington Racecourse and there are numerous tram and bus stops nearby. Where do I direct my Uber / Taxi / Ride Share Vehicle?Set the destination on your app as "Malady Racing" on google maps or in your ride share app. This will direct you to the Float Car Park Gate. Enter here, head straight and then you will see the Piano Bar Marquee on your right. Map Link

Is this event wheelchair accessible?Our Geelong Racing Club pop up is located in a grassy site so it would be accessible for most wheelchair users, however wet weather may make it more difficult. There are sealed paths around the site and to get to the accessible bathrooms. The marquee will have a plastic flooring to make it easier to move around once inside and so that wet, muddy grass will not be a concern in the marquee. If you have concerns or questions, please contact us at play@pianobar.com.au and we will do whatever we can to assist.

Do I need to wear a mask?Masks are currently required in outdoor venues, unless you are seated and eating or drinking.

Is this an all weather event?Yes, all of our events are in the Piano Bar Marquee however it is recommended to dress for the weather.

Can we dance?Under the current Vic Government restrictions, we are only allowed to open for seated events so dancing is not allowed in any Piano Bar venue at this time.
