Can I book out Piano Bar exclusively for a private function or event?
Yes, but not on a Saturday night. Limited availability for exclusive bookings is available on other days and nights. Minimum spend and venue hire fees apply. Entertainment and associated facilities are available on request, quotes can be provided - here.

Are underage patrons permitted to attend private functions?
Yes, underage patrons are always welcome at Piano Bar. We have the same licence conditions as a pub, so as long as the underage guest is accompanied by a parent or legal adult, and as long as they do not consume any alcohol, they are most welcome to attend. Underage patrons must leave the premises by 10pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?​
Yes, you are most welcome to BYO birthday cake. We do ask that you also bring disposable plates to assist with the clean-up. Also, don't forget to pack your candles!

What is the maximum group size, and can I start a bar tab?
We can comfortably have groups up to 250 standing, 150 seated. Bar tabs can be arranged on the night, and you will be provided with wristbands for your guests to identify them at the bar. All members of your group will be ID checked.
