Refund Policy

Cancellations with 72 hours notice

All cancellations with more than 72 hours notice will be offered a refund in full of any payments made during the booking process.

Cancellations with 24 hours notice

All cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be offered a credit voucher which can be redeemed online for future ticket purchases, or in venue for food and beverage purchases.

No refunds are offered when a booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice

No refunds or venue credits are offered for cancellations less than 24 hours notice.

PLEASE NOTE: cancellation must be made VIA EMAIL to play@pianobar.com.au and the cancellation will be processed at the time the email was received.  Screenshots shall be provided by Piano Bar Geelong as proof of receipt.
